Received, invoiced, and the gap
Between arrival and invoice every purchase waits in one account. May’s waiting room opened at 186,400.00, took in 1,244,800.00 of receipts, cleared 1,187,600.00 of invoices, and closed at 243,600.00, aged so the laggards have names.

The received line is the receipt page’s value to the cent. The aged buckets partition the same closing, and the over-60 tail is where the root-cause page sends each line: quantity fight, price fight, missing paper, or missing goods. Sample values are illustrative, never client data.
◆ The owned answerMB5S with memory and owners.
MB5S lists today’s uncleared lines and forgets yesterday’s. Landed at line grain, the account rolls monthly, every line carries an age and an owner, and clearing performance becomes a trend the close reviews instead of a scramble it discovers.
