Orders stuck in silence
An incomplete order is a customer promise on pause, and the pause has no alarm. May ends with fourteen: five waiting on prices, six on credit, three on routing, each one aged, owned, and no longer silent.
◆ Stuck at 31 Mayfourteen orders, three reasons.
| Missing | Orders |
|---|---|
| A price, no condition found | 5 |
| Credit clearance | 6 |
| A route or shipping point | 3 |
| Incomplete orders | 14 |
Each reason has a different owner: pricing gaps belong to the condition masters, credit holds to finance, routing to logistics setup. The backlog’s overdue lane is where these orders surface later if nobody acts now. Sample values are illustrative, never client data.
◆ Stuck in silencethe log that never escalates.
The incompletion log stops an order from confirming and tells no one with urgency: the delivered view lists today’s incomplete orders without ages, and practitioners report customers discovering the blockage before the sales desk does. A daily landed sweep gives every stuck order a clock.
◆ The credit-hold mixtwo queues wearing one symptom.
Credit-blocked orders stall for a different reason with a different fix, and they mingle with data gaps in the same stuck population. Splitting the queue by cause, as the table does, is the difference between calling finance and fixing a master.
